How AIONEM.net collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains how AIONEM.net (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit aionem.net, create an account or sign in, contact us, request a quote, open a support ticket, chat with us, buy a product, register a domain, or use our software development, IT support, hosting, business email and training services.
AIONEM.net is the controller of that data. Our address is KN 70 St, Kigali, Rwanda. Where we host or process data on behalf of a client who runs their own service or website with us, that client is the controller and we process the data only on their instructions.
We collect only what we need to provide our services and to answer you.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares with us your Google account identifier, your name, your email address and whether it is verified, and your profile picture. We request only these basic profile details (the “openid”, “email” and “profile” scopes). We do not request or receive your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, Drive files or any other Google data.
We use these details only to create your AIONEM.net account, sign you in, keep your account secure, and show your name and picture in your profile. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell them, we do not share them with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us run our services, and we do not use them to develop or train artificial intelligence models.
AIONEM.net’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can stop signing in with Google at any time by setting a password on your account, remove our access in the security settings of your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to delete your account and the data Google shared with us.
We share personal data only with the parties that help us provide our services, and only what each one needs:
We disclose data to a public authority only where the law obliges us to. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
We are based in Rwanda. Some of our providers, including Google and Tawk.to, process data in other countries. Where data leaves Rwanda, we rely on the safeguards the law requires so that it remains protected to the standard of this policy.
Under Rwanda’s Law N° 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy, and the equivalent laws where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or ask us to restrict a particular use, withdraw any consent you gave, and ask for your data in a portable form.
Write to it@aionem.net. We answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA), which supervises data protection in Rwanda, or to the data protection authority where you live.
We use a session cookie so the site remembers you while you browse and stay signed in, and we store your language and display preferences in your browser. These are necessary for the site to work.
The Tawk.to live chat sets its own cookies so a conversation continues as you move between pages, and Google’s sign-in sets its cookies when you use “Continue with Google”. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but you may need to sign in again and the chat may not keep your conversation.
Traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and our systems are kept updated and monitored. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authority as the law requires.
Our services are not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
When we change this policy we publish the new version here with its date. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
